We know you have questions and that’s okay.
It is absolutely normal to have lots of questions during the design process of creating your event invitations (that’s why we are here to guide you). Below you’ll find some of the most common questions. If there is something that still remains unanswered feel free to contact us at invites@redpaperboutique at any time to submit your question and we will reply as soon as we can.
What is included in a Portfolio “invitation suite”?
Each of our Invitation Suites comes with a:
Double sided Invitation (either 5 X 7 inches or 9x4 ) plus coordinating blank envelope
Coordinating RSVP or additional insert
Can I customize an existing online portfolio design?
Yes you can certainly change the color scheme to match your wedding colors, although the actual design of the invitation must remain the same. If you are leaning towards a different style that is not available in the existing portfolio, you may be more interested in a custom design. Because of the amount of time that it takes to create a custom design that is truly unique, a $300.00 design fee will be charged.
What about matching menus, programs, placecards or signs?
All additional stationery items can be easily matched to your invitation design, whether for a custom design or a portfolio design with no additional design fee (just the extra cost of printing). The possibilities are endless to create additional items for your invitation package including tags, monograms, signs etc.
What is the weight of your paper?
All of our invitations are printed on beautifully thick 130lb card stock. Custom designs have more paper options which can be reviewed with your designer during the design process.
What about samples of my invitation?
For a portfolio designs, you will receive an online PDF proof that will be emailed to you once all of your order information is received. You can make three changes to your proof free of charge. An additional fee will be charged for additional changes. Once you are completely happy with your invitation suite, you provide us with the approval to go ahead and begin production. Once we have received your approval, no changes can be made. In regards to a custom order, an initial PDF proof will be emailed to you. Once that proof is approved we will go ahead and provide an actual sample of your invitation.
