All major credit cards are accepted. Also payment by Paypal, cheque and email money transfer accepted. Returned cheques are subject to a $25 NSF fee. Orders paid by cheque will only ship once cheque is cleared Payments must clear prior to shipping .
Single Pocket-Style Greeting Cards are individually packaged in a clear open-ended cello sleeve. Each item is labeled and packaged to clearly identify the product. Journals are packaged in re-sealable protective cello sleeves. All orders are securely packed in boxes using recycled packaging materials when possible. Custom packaging arrangements can be negotiated.
If you are selling RED Paper Boutique products online, credit must be given to RED Paper Boutique in the product description. Partnering with third party online resellers (i.e., Amazon, eBay) to sell our products is not permitted.
Smaller orders are sent via Canada Post within Canada.
Smaller orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail within the US.
Larger orders and heavier boxes ship via UPS.
Other carriers or expedited service can be arranged prior to shipment.
International shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
We cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes at customs.
Damaged or incorrectly sent products may be returned/exchanged. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order for returns/exchanges. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
RED ships all orders from Calgary, Alberta using regular mail. Orders will ship within 3-4 business days on approved orders. Please contact us for specific lead times or timesensitive orders, which may be subject to additional costs.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually.
